SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed before they are shipped out to our customers. Our processing stage usually takes up to 1-3 days.
Both UK and International orders are then shipped by Royal Mail, which usually takes 1-3 business days to reach UK customers, and from 7-21 days for International customers. (This does not include Saturday's and Sunday's.) Deliveries could take longer than usual due to ongoing strike, but hopefully this is not the case.

RETURNS POLICY
Due to hygienic reasons, we do not allow refunds or exchanges of any of our items under any circumstances.

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us (via Instagram: @cbsbeautyuk) within 48 hours of receiving the product and we can issue a refund upon our approval when you return our item.

Refunds given will be sent to the payment method you used to buy our product within 7 business days.
