Do You Offer Tracking For Your Orders?
We now offer Tracked 48 services for our orders in the UK for £3.99. However, we do not provide tracking internationally, due to the uncertainty of the couriers and the estimated arrivals during COVID-19.
Can I Refund or Exchange an Item?

How Will I Know That My Order Was Placed?
Upon purchase you will be taken to an order confirmation page with your order number, your contact details and address. Also a confirmation email will be instantly sent to the email used to purchase the order.
What If I Want To Cancel My Order?
Orders are processed quickly upon purchase, therefore orders cannot be cancelled. Refunds and returns are also not permitted for hygienic reasons. So, please be cautious of when making a purchase.
